  • All orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to check the real-time status of your delivery.

We partner with trusted courier services such as India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, we'll contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • We'll investigate and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
